I. Enterprise inspection requirements: At the time of inspection, the owner or his agent shall provide the port inspection and quarantine institution with:
(1) "Incoming Goods Inspection Form";
(2) Trade contracts, packing lists, bills of lading and freight INVOIC (copy);
(3) Certificate of origin and health evaluation data (original);
(4) For edible animal and plant products subject to quarantine examination and approval for entry animals and plants, it shall have the "People's Republic of China Animal and Plant Quarantine Permit" and the official and regional (regional) official agency safety and health certificate (original);
(5) When importing prepackaged food, in addition to providing the above materials, the following inspection requirements shall also be met:
1. If the owner or his agent has obtained the new version of the “Import and Export Food Labeling Certificate” issued by the AQSIQ (the front color of the certificate is green), the original certificate can be submitted for inspection and a copy of the certificate is provided.
2. If the owner or his agent has already filed the import and export pre-packaged food label and obtained the record number from the Beijing Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, it can be reported by the label record number (see Article 4 for details of the record business).
3. If the owner or his agent does not have a new version of the "Import and Export Food Labeling Certificate" issued by the AQSIQ or fails to file the import and export pre-packaged food label at the Beijing Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, the inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the inspection requirements. In addition to the information, the following information related to the label inspection shall be provided: Chinese label proofs, sample translations and other relevant documents required to be required for inspection and quarantine. The Chinese label sample should be produced by the enterprise according to the relevant national standards such as GB7718-2004 (General Rules for Prepackaged Food Labels) and GB10344-2005 (General Rules for Prepackaged Drinks and Wines).
(6) In order to control the epidemic situation or implement the relevant mandatory requirements of the AQSIQ, the inspection and quarantine institutions may temporarily require the applicant to provide other materials when applying for imported food.

Second, inspection and quarantine requirements:
(1) The goods certificate is in conformity.
(2) It shall not be sold or used without passing inspection and quarantine.
(3) The entry-exit inspection and quarantine organ shall carry out the inspection according to the following contents:
1. The Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodities Inspection and its supporting regulations.
2. Mandatory standards and related regulations stipulated by the state.
Third, inspection and quarantine treatment requirements: the inspection and quarantine institutions based on on-site inspection and supervision, sensory inspection and laboratory test results for comprehensive judgment of the batch of food:

Note: Importers/distributors of imported olive oil should apply for the CIQ logo after they have obtained the “Hygiene Certificate” and the original copy of the “Hygiene Certificate” and a copy (retained) to the Beijing Bureau Customs Clearance. 三，检验检疫处理要求：检验检疫机构根据现场检验监督，感官检验和实验室检验结果对该批食品进行综合判断：
（1）如果确定不符合中国食品卫生要求，则视情况予以取消处置，退回等资格。
